Nonduality is boundaryless. There’s no actual boundary between me and anything else. It’s easy to see that with biology. Everything that’s in my body has come from someplace else. They say that our cells completely regenerate every seven years. If that’s true, then there is nothing in my body that’s older than seven years. It’s constantly coming from someplace else and shedding back off—like hair, skin, and breath.
I breathe and right there, something inside me just went out, gone. There’s no real boundary between physically where I start and where I stop. If you use a microscope to look at skin, you can see how porous it is.
There is no boundary between my thoughts, my mind, and everything else. All the knowledge in my mind has been taught to me from something. All the wisdom of my natural self also grows with the electricity of life. If you actually stop and go down to touch that boundaryless place of being, then everything is there and nothing is there at the same time. No boundaries at all. So, the nondual state is boundaryless. No boundaries.
