Nonduality is expansive, and it’s not so much like you become expansive because that’s an idea of you being separate, that you were small and you got bigger. Instead, we’re talking about the happening of expansiveness itself—the happening, the reality of open possibilities.
The reality of not having to be fixed on things is where we can be living from a fully awake place. This is knowing who you are. Knowing who you are, now you have a base out of which everything can expand: all your knowledge, all your relationships with everything around you.
Mind is limited; it’s always going to be limited—our defining mind. But when we’re living from this place of knowing who we are, then we have the ability for things to expand out of ourselves. The ego state wants to contract everything down, make it defined, and turn it into a commodity even. But there’s this expansiveness that comes from allowing reality to be the way it is.
This nondual state is a very expansive state, out of which infinite possibilities can flow.
