Nonduality is zero. Zero is really the only concept I like to play around with when talking about nonduality because zero doesn’t exist. It’s a word for where there’s nothing. It’s a word for things that don’t exist. And if we actually take that concept of zero and put it into our head in a real way, it kind of just opens us up to the place where our calculating brain can’t have a hold. So, imagine zero apples. Imagine one apple. See, you can get a hold of that. But zero, there’s kind of no hold, no place for your brain to catch on and hold. So, when you’re actually experiencing that zero, the only thing that kind of exists in that spot, in that moment, is you looking at the zero. If you can step back into who is seeing zero, you’ll wake up.
