Non-duality says there’s not two, and that’s about you. That doesn’t mean that there’s not two people. I mean, obviously, there’s me and there’s you. There’s that guy over there, and there are some other people over there. Obviously, there are trees and there are rocks, and there’s all sorts of multitude of things. But there’s not two of me; there’s one. There’s a unity. And as a matter of fact, when you really get down into it, there’s nothing that separates me from everything else.
So, non-duality is not two, but that’s about you. So don’t mix it up into all sorts of crazy philosophies. This is a tool for you to become a dynamic unity, something that’s united with everything, all the pieces of your body united, your emotions and your mind United, you and all the people around you unity everywhere.
