Nonduality techniques are often thought of like peeling an onion, because we’re asking ourselves over and over, who am I? Who am I? Every answer turns out to not be the answer.
When all the peels of the onion are gone, nothing’s left, because the onion is nothing but peels. What if instead, we just pointed straight at that center?
We can do that any time, in any moment, with zero effort and zero time.
For instance, what is the space between you and time?
How much time is there between you and now? There’s no answer, right?
Do it again. How much time is there between you and now? Feel that?
Step into that. That’s you. That is how simple the actual answer is.
And if you didn’t snap into it right then, write that question down and come back to it as often as you can during the day, just that one question pointing straight to the middle of the onion. How much time is there between you and now?
