Today’s tip: Don’t talk about nonduality unless you understand it. And you don’t understand it until you’re fully there.
— Talking makes nonduality worse —
Talking about nonduality when you don’t really understand it, when you’re not there, makes things worse because the point is that talking doesn’t describe it.
— Don’t listen to other seekers —
Don’t listen to what other Seekers say because they don’t know. That should be obvious.
Don’t listen to yourself, what you think you know; all those descriptions in books (particularly books) because that’s just words coming into your brain. Most important, don’t listen to what you think and don’t say things about spirituality to other people ’cause you don’t know!
When you do know, you know; when you don’t know, you don’t know. It’s just simple. If this simple idea could be foremost, everyone will be ahead of the game.
Nonduality is becoming who we already are.
