Die before you die is a Sufi teaching about life. It’s about how to live a life that is ripe and full, free of the oppressive false self. It’s a spiritual practice of awakening the aspect of your being that can never die because it has no separation.
In this short book we will examine different sides of this idea: “Die before you die.” What does it mean? How do we live in this state where we have died before we physically die? We will discover that we are talking about a state of freedom.
Is nonduality a lie? Well of course it is. It’s saying that words can’t describe anything… so if we’re using words to describe it… it’s a lie.
The scam is that no matter how much you talk about nothing… you’re always talking about something. Simply because you’re talking.
